Return Policy

It can always happen that you want to return an order, in case you would like to return your item(s) please follow the steps below carefully to ensure this is possible. There are a number of conditions that must be met.
 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at vapestoremalaga@gmail.com or send a whatsapp to +34 637 59 28 11.  
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Vape Store Malaga, Avenida de la Aurora 3, 29002, Málaga.

Once your return is accepted, we  send you instructions where to send your package to. Please note that we can only accept items that are unopened and new in original box/packing. Also, please keep in mind that you (as buyer) are responsible for covering the shipping costs.

 

1.Damage/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2.Non Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders (such as special colors/types or special order items that are not listed on the website). We will only accept items that you have purchased from us. As stated above, these must be in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

3.Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4.Refunds
We will look at each return shipment to see if and how we can best help you, refunds cannot be made in all cases, a number of conditions apply. Contact us if you want more information about this.
5.Undeliverable Orders

Please note that we will issue a refund excluding shipping charges when the carrier returns a package as undeliverable (delivery failed due to incomplete/incorrect shipping address/unreachable recipient)/recipient refused to accept the shipment. After inspection, we will refund the amount of the returned items.

Unfortunately, delivery companies do not offer refunds for returned packages. They consider the job done since they transported the package. Our team is happy to investigate your situation and help you steer things in the right direction!
